Integrative Coaching is the partnering of a client and coach with the specific intention of empowering a client through a thought-provoking and results-based process—designed to assimilate all aspect of themselves, trust their own innate wisdom and ultimately live a fully expressed and meaningful life.
Unlike traditional life coaching methods, which guide you to reach goals and make changes, Integrative life coaching takes you a step further by including tools to assist you with healing old wounds. By incorporating a wide range of healing modalities in the areas of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness, space is generated to create positive shifts in all areas of life.
Integrative Coaching is delivered over the phone or online via audio versions of Skype or Facebook, and not in person, so that you can participate in this process from the privacy and comfort of your own sacred space—and from anywhere in the world.
By eliminating the visual component, it allows me as your coach to engage in deep listening and for you, as the client to answer more honestly without visual distractions.
Coaching sessions last anywhere from 60-70 minutes and will follow the same format each session, allowing you to become comfortable with the process.
The complete Breakthrough Shadow Coaching program is a total of 10 sessions, though you may choose do fewer sessions, depending on your circumstances and goals. You can also decide to be coached through each coaching concept more than once. Sessions can be held once a week, once a month, or as needed.
Coaching is not therapy, nor is it a replacement for therapy.
A coaching relationship has a measurable short-term goal and is built on a vision. It involves education and support but not advice or diagnosis. Coaching is for a self-generating client who is facing temporary challenges and desires to move forward.
Create a calm, inspiring, and inviting space—free of noise and distractions
Be gentle with yourself and allow time to do the things you love
Devote time outside of the coaching session to do your action steps—as you get what you give
Be willing to access your own inner wisdom and take the initiative to do your own work
Be open to new perspectives and listen with new ears
Tell the truth, give up excuses, and take responsibility for your own results
