Find a quiet place, free of distractions

Set a timer for one minute and close your eyes

Take a few slow deep breaths and fall still

Gently open your eyes and begin the process

Bring into your awareness someone who inspires you or that you are in awe of

  • List the qualities you see in that person?
  • Which qualities do you not see in yourself? *If more than one—which one do you relate to the least?
  • Allow yourself to see the times in your life when you owned this quality
  • What would be available to you if you fully owned that this is your quality?
  • What action would you need to take to reclaim this quality and use it in your life?
